ESCLUSIVA TCV – Simone Addessi: “In A con il Latina”

Dal 2009 ad oggi il Latina calcio ha stupito tutti grazie a cinque promozioni spettacolari in sei anni.

Gran parte del merito va sicuramente al presidente Paola Cavicchi, che da quando ha rilevato la società, ha dato vita a un progetto basato sulla valorizzazione dei giovani che sta dando i suoi frutti. Uno di questi “frutti” è proprio Simone Addessi, talentuoso giocatore classe 1995 della Primavera nerazzurra, che ha rilasciato in esclusiva un’intervista a “Il talento che verrà” in cui ha parlato della stagione che sta volgendo al termine e della sua voglia di affermarsi a Latina:

“Ciao Simone, il campionato Primavera ormai sta per finire, come valuti la stagione a livello personale e a livello di squadra?”

“Ciao, sicuramente il girone d’andata è stato per me positivo: ho fatto 8 goal in 13 partite e, per essere la prima volta che disputavo un campionato Primavera, non è male. Invece nel girone di ritorno sono stato due mesi fermo per un infortunio e sto recuperando solo ora. Per quanto riguarda la squadra vale più o meno lo stesso discorso: la prima parte di stagione è andata bene, eravamo al sesto posto e lottavamo per i play-off, poi siamo calati un po’ e ci siamo allontanati dalla parte alta della classifica”.

“In cosa sei migliorato particolarmente durante quest’anno?”

“Sicuramente sono migliorato molto, grazie soprattutto al mister della Primavera Ghirotto, sia tecnicamente che tatticamente; in particolare mi ha insegnato i movimenti per giocare in mezzo al campo, dato che nasco come trequartista o esterno d’attacco ne avevo bisogno. Sicuramente devo ancora migliorare parecchio, anche perché di imparare non si finisce mai.”

“Che esperienze hai avuto con il gruppo della prima squadra?”

“Da febbraio sono stato un paio di mesi aggregato al gruppo, sono anche stato convocato e portato in panchina in due partite: Cesena e Spezia. È tutto un altro mondo, già dagli spogliatoi; è stata un’esperienza positiva perché provi emozioni che nel settore giovanile non esistono”.

“Quanto ti ha aiutato la tua famiglia a proseguire il tuo percorso sportivo e calcistico?”

“Sicuramente tantissimo! L’aiuto della famiglia secondo me è fondamentale per chi vuole vivere il mondo del calcio, mi ha aiutato moltissimo nei momenti più difficili, come ad esempio durante l’ultimo infortunio: sono stati due mesi terribili ma grazie a loro ho ripreso con entusiasmo.”

“Sono girate ultimamente voci di mercato che vedrebbero la Roma interessata al giovane Addessi, come ti senti?”

“Si ho sentito anche io queste voci ma erano girate ad inizio anno, quindi la cosa probabilmente non è più fattibile. Io sto bene a Latina perché è una società in crescita che sta lavorando molto bene con i giovani.”

“Secondo te, per sfondare e per giocare in prima squadra, quanto conta la fortuna e quanto invece la determinazione di un giocatore?”

“Di fortuna sicuramente ce ne vuole, quello che un giocatore può fare è mostrare il proprio valore sul campo.”

“Come sogni il tuo esordio a Latina, vista anche la concreta possibilità di una promozione in serie A?”

“Il mio sogno è esordire già quest’anno, in serie B; però capisco che la squadra sta lottando per un obiettivo importantissimo come la promozione in serie A ed è giusto che magari rischino di meno facendo giocare un po’ meno giovani. Secondo me la promozione è possibile, ho visto il gruppo, ho giocato con loro e hanno tutte le caratteristiche per farcela!”

“Quanto è importante per un giovane calciatore l’ambiente sano e senza troppe pressioni che il progetto giovani del Latina ha instaurato?”

“È importantissimo crescere in un ambiente tranquillo in cui riesci a dare il meglio di te stesso. In particolare a Latina, nonostante non sia una grande città c’è questo ambiente, siamo tra i professionisti da due anni e il progetto giovani è importante per la società.”

“Secondo alcune indiscrezioni ci sarebbe la possibilità di inserire, negli anni futuri, le squadre B in campionati minori come la Lega Pro; tu preferiresti questa novità o la formula classica del campionato Primavera?

“Secondo me potrebbe essere una buona cosa, in questo modo i giovani avrebbero la possibilità di giocare contro avversari esperti e nel pieno della carriera. Questo aiuterebbe e permetterebbe di fare esperienza, dato che nel campionato Primavera si gioca solo contro pari età.”

“Grazie mille per il tuo tempo e in bocca al lupo per il prosieguo della stagione e della carriera.”

"Surely I have improved a lot, thanks to the coach of the Spring Ghirotto, both technically and tactically; in particular taught me to play the movements in the field, since it started life as an attacking midfielder or external attack I needed it. "What experiences have you had with the group of the first team?"
